Trusses are due to be built by Oct 15, and the framing lumber, etc, is on order, just need to tell them when we'll be ready for it.
Met with the electric co-op today, and will get an invoice for that in a week or so.
So, we're chugging right along! We are very excited!

I am just curious to know, is the radiant heat tubing an actual heater for the foundation? I was also wondering if the "chat" gravel is better for the foundation than the typical sand base used in most foundations here in Texas?
